What is your return policy?
We do NOT accept returns for change of mind purchases.
We do NOT accept returns for specially procured and/or custom ordered kits, that has been specially ordered on your behalf from BC HQ (express airfreight orders to our warehouse).
We will only consider returns for kits within 30 days of the inital purchase date.
You will need to contact our support team to discuss this option before returning your kit .

Requirements for return:
1. Products must be in original packaging and in a new and resalable condition with all documentation and accessories.
2. Any product that was used or fully/partially installed is non-returnable.
3. You are responsible for return Shipping Fees upon where these will be inspected before refund can be made. We can organise a return label on your behalf and this amount will also be deducted from your total refund (transit damaged returns will not be accepted)
4. 15% restocking fee will apply to all returned merchandise and does NOT include your return shipping costs.
